  • Design fermentation plants, including culture labs and utility services, for a bevy of fermentation processes. (Antibiotics, vaccines, Vitamins, steroids, acids, biofertilizers, biopesticides, etc).
  • Design large scale submerged fermenters with allied sterile/non-sterile equipment (Mycelial, actinomycete, yeast and bacterial fermentations).
  • Prevention and control processes against existing and future contamination (Yeast, Phage, Bacterial, Cross contaminants).
  • Design steam locking, aseptic transfer pipelines with sterile sections to avoid long term contamination.
  • Design fermentation systems for laboratory, pilot plant, or commercial operations as per requirement (Fed batch, Repeated def batch, Continuous (chemostat) fermentation).
  • Automatic aseptic feed dosing system design with feed flow measurement for fed batch fermentations.
