Narendra
Gadre completed Bachelor's & Master's in Science (B.Sc.
& M.Sc.) from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, before
turning his attention towards engineering. He did his Bachelor's
in Chemical Engineering from Laxminarayan Institute of Technology
(L.I.T.), Nagpur, & Master's in Chemical Engineering from
Indian Institute of Science (I.I.Sc.), Bangalore.
His
core expertise is fermentation & industrial biotechnology.
He has worked with major biopharmaceutical corporations like
Hindustan Antibiotics & Lupin. He is at present, the Founder
& CEO of NAPRO, a multi-speciality small-scale industry
engaged in a variety of activities such as engineering consultancy,
turnkey projects & specialty process equipments manufacturing.
His firm has successfully completed over 200 projects for
various process sectors.

up of large volume antibiotics manufacturing plants with state-of-the-art
instrumentation & distributed control systems

execution of several process engineering projects involving
systems audits, troubleshooting, plant revamps, & upgradation
of process plants, resulting in fine-tuning of processes &
payback in terms of increased profitability

Successful
execution of several process development projects for various
products including antibiotics, vaccines, enzymes, agrochemicals,
etc., & scale up for commercial manufacture of these products

Development
& manufacture of various innovative process equipments.
He has a patent on some of these products.
