We offer complete plants for the manufacture of a wide range of industrial resins, such as phenol-formaldehyde, urea-formaldehyde, etc. Resins are manufactured by polymerisation & condensation of specific chemical monomers under well-defined physico-chemical environments, & are widely used in the chemical, pharmaceutical, electrical & allied industries.

The manufacturing plant, consisting of various process equipments such as stirred tank reactors, vacuum batch evaporation stills with condensors & condensate collection tanks, steam generator, water/brine chilling unit, storage tanks, pumps, piping & instrumentation, is designed as per the scale of manufacture.

Projects can be undertaken on a turnkey basis, where the scope of work includes plant & equipment design, supply, installation & commissioning of the manufacturing plant & equipments.
